Leadership Team

David Bridges joined VC3 in January 2022 as President, following the merger of VC3 and CompuVision. He received a Bachelor of Science with a Double Major in Mathematics and Biological Sciences from The University of Alberta. David is a passionate learner of all things, often consuming broad business, technology, and continual improvement content. David started his career in technology working for Dell where he trained and led national and international teams. His accolades include receiving an Entrepreneurship Award from the Province of Alberta, Edmonton’s Top 40 under 40, and Executive of the Year in the MSP industry.

Derek Woolf, Chief Operating Officer of VC3, brings a unique perspective to the technology picture. He began working for Accent Computer Solutions, Inc., a VC3 Company in 1999 while earning his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of La Verne. With his financial background, he is able to look at technology from a dollars and cents perspective, and help businesses plan and budget for the future. He helps to oversee day-to-day operations and continually motivates his team to be better than good – we have to be remarkable!

Brooks is responsible for financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and compliance functions, and working closely with VC3’s executive leadership team to execute on the company’s growth plans.

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in financial planning and analysis in both public and private equity-backed companies, driving financial strategy, and fostering high-performing finance teams. Brooks started his career at AT&T and has worked in Managed Services, SaaS and Telecom at companies including Navisite (now Accenture), PlanSource, ConvergeOne and Cricket Communications (now AT&T) where he played instrumental roles in financial planning, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Brooks holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston University Graduate School of Management and a BA in Philosophy from Southwestern University.

Hunter has 20+ years of experience with business startups, creating momentum in new or flat markets around the MSP space. He is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of leadership development and helping run various organizations. He is a devout family man, and he loves any type of outdoor adventure. He lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee with his wife, three boys, and their Great Pyrenees, Bear.

David Manion is an experienced provider of private/public Cloud Technologies, Outsourced IT, VoIP Phone Systems, Managed Print, and IP Surveillance Solutions. Joining the VC3 team in December 2021, David was drawn to VC3's core values, and is excited to continue to grow and evolve in this changing environment as we continue to provide tailored services to more clients.
