VC3 is Certified™ as a Great Place to Work® in the US and Canada

Columbia, SC - Managed IT and cybersecurity services provider VC3 is Great Place to Work Certified™ in both Canada and the US. These national designations are the result of responses to an anonymous survey that gathered employee thoughts and feelings about their workplace culture and compared them with indicators of workplace satisfaction. 

The comments that VC3 employees included in their responses reflect the values that contribute to their overall employment experience. These are things like work-life balance, opportunities for growth, and management transparency. 

“We understand that a great employee experience is made up of more than just pay and benefits,” said Ryan Vestby, CEO of VC3. “We want people to succeed in their jobs and for them to feel that their contributions are appreciated and valued. I think that shows up in the responses we received on the survey.” 

With nearly 600 people working from a mix of onsite and remote locations, VC3 employees have strong ties to their regional teams while having access to all of the capabilities of their coworkers across North America. At the same time, clients appreciate having a local IT team and recognize the benefits that come from being part of a larger entity.
