VC3 Acquires masterIT

Expands its Southeast presence with acquisition of the established Tennessee-based firm

VC3 a market-leading managed Information Technology (IT) service provider, announced today the acquisition of masterIT, a Memphis-based managed IT service provider. Both organizations are consistently ranked among the top IT service providers globally. The addition of this established Tennessee firm allows VC3 to better serve Memphis, Tennessee, and the Mid-South market.

masterIT’s staff will join VC3. Gary Wiseman, masterIT’s President and Chief Technical Officer, is accepting a new role with VC3 and will continue to manage the Memphis office.
